Appeals

An Appeal is a process for requesting a formal change to an official decision. It is important that whoever hears an Appeal is seen an objective and independent. As such we often provide an independent HR Consultant to hear Appeals. An Appeal should look into any new issues not considered at the original hearing for a Disciplinary or Grievance. It should not be a rehearing of all the facts.
