Disciplinaries and Dismissals

We will guide you through the process to manage Disciplinaries and Dismissals. This involves a series of meetings and letters and warnings. Ideally Disciplinary meetings should be carried out by a member of Management or a Director, but in small organisations there are sometimes not enough independent people to do this fairly. In these cases we can provide an independent HR professional to come in and hear a Disciplinary.
